Excellent gym with first class coaches. Being a girl, I was a little nervous of joining the gym, especially after reading about their successful fight team. At first I was a worried about the possible big egos of the fight team members, or that I wouldn't be fit enough to keep up. I couldn't have been more wrong! Andy and Vicky work hard to maintain a friendly relaxed atmosphere were all egos are left at the door. Each session is well planned to ensure all abilities are catered for and everyone is encouraged to give 100%. Even the most advanced members are happy to lend a hand and offer encouragement and advice to anyone who needs it.
